AMBASSEHOR PROGRAM – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEFINITION
For the purposes of this program, a Brand Ambassador is defined as one who publicizes the Sehor® brand and acts as a bearer of the brand’s values.
This collaboration between New DAF di Filippo Didero and the adherent/Partner appears to be without any subordination subject to the effects of individual transactions that the adherent procures from New DAF di Filippo Didero for which the adherent will receive a percentage pursuant to the following general terms and conditions.
1) BRAND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
The New DAF of Filippo Didero’s “Ambassehor” Program requires an application for membership in the program from the requesting Partner (henceforth referred to as “Partner”) by filling out the application form on the website www.sehor.eu/ambassador-dashboard.
Signing the application form implies tacit acceptance of the terms of the agreement, as well as of the general terms and conditions of sale on www.sehor.eu and/or on sites linked to it that refer to the same Terms and Conditions.
2) TERMS OF ‘AGREEMENT
This Program aims to create a collaborative relationship in the sense and terms set forth in the above definition between New DAF of Filippo Didero and the Partners who request it. The goal is to forge a bond aimed at securing mutual benefits.
The application for and adherence to the agreement may be free of charge or for a fee; the partner may in full discretion decide which subscription to make, entailing no present or future financial burden and/or obligation for the parties.
The Partner who joins the “Ambassehor” program will benefit from a promotional code through which the Partner can promote the brand and recognize discounts to its contacts. The Partner who joins the “Ambassehor” program becomes to all intents and purposes an extension of New DAF di Filippo Didero with regard to the promotion of the Sehor® brand, and will therefore be able to create and personally take care of contacts with potential customers, in order to get New DAF di Filippo Didero only the contacts of individuals and companies interested in purchasing Sehor® products.
New DAF di Filippo Didero, once the sale has been made to the contact resulting from the Partner, agrees to pay the Partner the commissions below with reference to products sold to private parties:

The ‘purchase is considered successful and ascertained when the contact passed from the Partner to New DAF of Filippo Didero becomes the buyer of the products and makes regular payment, provided that he does not take advantage of the right of withdrawal within the first 14 days of purchase (as per his right): in this case the order will be canceled.
Commissions are not recognized on VAT and shipping costs, and the commission is on the net amount of the sale, i.e., net of discounts applied either by the partner’s promotional code or by promotions or discounts applied by Filippo Didero’s New DAF. Once the contact is acquired (with the first purchase) coming from the Partner, Filippo Didero’s New DAF, agrees to recognize the commissions also on future purchases, until the validity of the existing commercial agreement.
3) COMMISSION PLANS AND PERCENTAGES
Filippo Didero’s New DAF provides 3 types of plans:
– BASE plan worth €0 includes:
- 5% commission for each purchase made through personalized ambassador discount code (personal purchases are excluded from commissions).
– PRO Plan worth €135 includes:
- 10% commission for each purchase made through personalized ambassador discount code (personal purchases are excluded from commissions).
- 1 Complimentary item.
- Premium list for events and new preview launches.
– VIP plan worth €210 includes:
- 15% commission for each purchase made through personalized ambassador discount code (personal purchases are excluded from commissions).
- 2 Complimentary Items.
- Premium list for events and new preview launches.
- Exclusive list for special projects.
4) PAYMENT OF COMMISSIONS
Filippo Didero’s New DAF provides a dashboard for each partner where they can track their sales, check balances, upload receipts/invoices and request withdrawals. The Partner, at the time of the withdrawal request, will be required to issue an invoice or receipt for brokerage services, this receipt/invoice can be uploaded directly by the Partner in the Dashboard or can be created at the time of the withdrawal request.
Payment of the invoice or receipt issued by the Partner will be made by New DAF di Filippo Didero within 7 days from the date of receipt, by Bank Transfer or PayPal.
5) WAY TO JOIN THE BRAND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM.
After selecting a plan and/or making payment, the agreement involves filling out the electronic “Register” form and accepting the commitments and clauses therein including the Contractual and Membership Terms and Conditions found at www.sehor.eu. Once the form is completed and accepted, New DAF of Filippo Didero reserves the unquestionable right of judgment and evaluation for the purpose of admission to the program.
Filippo Didero’s New DAF is free not to admit to the program any proposal that conflicts with the mission of its business initiative. Requests that in the view of New DAF di Filippo Didero may in any way harm the image of the company New DAF di Filippo Didero or, specifically, the Sehor® brand, will also not be considered.
In case of non-admission, users who have made a payment will be refunded.
In this sense, New DAF di Filippo Didero reserves the right to revoke, at any time, the agreement between the parties, in case of violation of the terms set forth in this program and in general in case of violations of the commercial image of New DAF di Filippo Didero. In case of revocation, the Partner is not entitled to a refund. Commissions accrued up to that time will be paid according to the terms of the agreement.
New DAF of Filippo Didero reserves the right to protect its rights and interests.
The Partner may at any time and without the need to provide any explanation, decide to terminate the relationship with New DAF di Filippo Didero. Commissions accrued up to that time will be paid according to the terms of the agreement.
In the event that the Partner purchased a paid plan, in order to obtain a refund, he/she must terminate the relationship within the 14-day period and request the same by email to the address
info@sehor.eu
, specifying:
– Username
– First and Last Name
In the event that New DAF di Filippo Didero has already sent the item to the Partner, the Partner must return the item by following the instructions that New DAF di Filippo Didero will send by email to the address provided by the Partner. Shipping costs will be borne by the Partner.
6) OPERATING PROCEDURES AND PROMOTIONAL DOCUMENTATION.
The Partner may operate without any limitation, always in full compliance with the terms of the agreement. May present and promote the website www.sehor.eu through any media, including social profiles and/or personal blogs.
Filippo Didero’s New DAF assumes no responsibility for any errors in product descriptions or in the event of unauthorized use by the Partner of texts, quotations, photographic and non-photographic reproductions, or any other visual or audiovisual material protected by Copyright Laws and employed by the Partner in violation thereof.
The Partner will be fully responsible for the development, management and maintenance of the same and all elements used for its implementation. Filippo Didero’s New DAF disclaims any liability for any damages or expenses arising from the development, management, maintenance and content of the documentation created by the Partner.
7) PRIVACY PROTECTION
The parties mutually agree to safeguard each other’s privacy in accordance with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, no. 196 “Personal Data Protection Code” and Art. 13 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). The collected data are mutually used exclusively and will not be disclosed to third parties.
8) INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE
New DAF di Filippo Didero is committed to keeping the website www.sehor.eu fully functional and up-to-date, except in cases of force majeure or interruptions due to ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. In any case, New DAF di Filippo Didero cannot be held responsible for any of the consequences of such interruptions.
9) DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement runs from the date of acceptance of the Partner’s application and will automatically renew after 12 months. For the free plan after 6 months of inactivity, the agreement is considered terminated.
10) AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT
New DAF di Filippo Didero reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement by giving 15 days’ notice to the Partner, if the Partner decides not to accept the changes made it must give written notice to New DAF di Filippo Didero, by e-mail to the address info@sehor.eu by the expiration of the notice period set forth above, and this agreement shall be deemed terminated in accordance with law.
If the Partner fails to notify, the changes made will be deemed accepted by the Partner.
11) POSSIBLE DISPUTES
Italian law shall apply to this agreement and the Court of Turin shall have jurisdiction for any dispute, subject to an attempt at civil and commercial mediation ex D.Lgs.28/10 ss.mm.ii. at a Mediation Body chosen according to the criteria of territorial competence provided for in the Legislative Decree.
