Through the creation of a MySEHOR account you will be able to:

  • Save and manage your personal information.
  • Create and share your personal wish list.
  • Follow up on all your online orders.
  • Receive information about SEHOR’s latest products and events.

By clicking on the “Your Account” icon, you can create your account and start customizing your preferences on sehor.eu.

Should you have forgotten your password, click on the “MySEHOR” icon at the top right of the screen and select “Forgot your password?” For security reasons, you will be sent, to the e-mail address you provided, a link to reinitialize your password.

Once logged into the account, it will be possible to change the password.

SEHOR offers you the ability to edit all the information on your profile by clicking on the “Edit” icon within your personal account.

You can delete your SEHOR account directly from the “My Profile” section by selecting the “Delete My Account” option

SEHOR allows you to keep your items in your shopping cart for 30 days on the same computing device.

If you would like to record the information in your shopping cart and access it from all your devices, use the “save to my account” feature available in the shopping cart section.

If you have already logged into your MySEHOR account, the items in your shopping cart will be saved automatically.

SEHOR cannot guarantee future availability of items in your selection or shopping cart.

SEHOR has equipped sehor.eu with the strictest security measures to ensure the security of personal information.

Therefore, the SEHOR website is equipped with SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment-related data.

SEHOR does not retain any credit card information following payment.

Anyone can browse sehor.eu without registering.

When placing an order, SEHOR requests all customer information necessary for the shipping and payment process: name, address, e-mail.

SEHOR agrees to provide only the information strictly necessary to complete the purchasing process to its partners, including banks and logistics companies.

SEHOR does not retain any credit card information following payment.

SEHOR accepts the following payment methods for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. A request for authorization will be sent to your bank.
Please note that the billing address must match the address on your credit card. We do not currently accept gift certificates.

All transactions made on sehor.eu are highly secure. We have set up an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and payment information. SEHOR will not retain your credit card details.


We have also raised the level of payment security with the 3D Secure system for participating Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuits. At the time of payment, in fact, the bank will verify the identity of the cardholder before validating the transaction. Authentication differs depending on which bank is responsible for this operation. If you have any questions regarding the 3D Secure code, please contact their banking institution directly.


In addition, our Customer Service may conduct checks and will contact you before approving the transaction and confirming the order in order to prevent fraud and protect your privacy.

SEHOR’s clothing and accessories collections are produced exclusively in Italy. Cotton processing for garment creation, printing and embroidery of garments are done in Italy.

The choice to make products in Italy comes from the excellence, refinement and high quality of Italian craftsmanship. We also choose the finest materials and take extreme care in all stages of production of our items.

Our products are made by experienced craftsmen with exclusive materials. To best preserve your product, please avoid any contact with oils or alcohol-based substances such as cosmetics, perfumes, hand sanitizers, or disinfectants.

Our garments are made using high-quality materials and innovative technologies. To ensure durability, we recommend storing the garments in a cotton (never plastic) garment holder in a cool, dry place. If exposed to rain or snow, hang them up so that they can dry and gently remove any stains with a soft cloth.

Most products should be washed on gentle programs and not above 30°C. Consult the label on the garment for more information on how to wash it. You can find additional product-specific maintenance tips by visiting the individual product page.

Returns and exchanges

You can return any ordered product free of charge within 14 days from the date of receipt. SEHOR only offers the online return mode. Products must be returned undamaged, in perfect condition, without ever having been worn (complete with boxes, accessories, protectors, labels, documentation, tags, etc.) and in their original packaging. We recommend that you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any product that SEHOR deems damaged, used, incomplete, or dirty will not be refunded.

SEHOR does not exchange products. Please follow the return procedures below to return your products free of charge.

Return procedures

Return arrangements and fees are offered free of charge by SEHOR.

Online return request:

  1. Access the RETURN PAGE .
  2. Enter NAME, SURNAME, EMAIL, ORDER NO., REASON FOR RETURN and submit your request.
  3. AFTER 2-3 DAYS, PROCESSED THE REQUEST YOU WILL RECEIVE A PROPOSAL WITH THE DAY OF HOME PICKUP
  4. ONCE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF HOME PICKUP YOU WILL RECEIVE THE LABEL TO PRINT AND STICK ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING
  5. Products must be stored in their original packaging.
  6. Before attaching the new label make sure you remove the previous ones from the packaging.
  7. In case of non-collection of the goods, please carry out the return procedure on our website again.

Return charges

You can return any ordered product free of charge within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Repayment and repayment time

In case of return, the refund will be paid approximately within 72 hours from the receipt of the product(s) at our warehouse. However, said refund may be deferred up to 14 days after receipt.

We will notify you by e-mail to confirm your refund, which will be paid to you via the same payment method and in the same currency used when you paid for your order.

For security reasons, we are not authorized to match the refund to another account or through a credit card other than the one used to pay for the order.

SHIPPING

Free Standard Shipping for all orders.

Delivery time: 3-5 working days.

Notes:

  • An order placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The courier will make 3 delivery attempts; after the third, the order will return to our warehouse. Once the order is placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.

All orders placed on sehor.eu are handled, processed and shipped from our Turin warehouse.

All orders are sent with a trackable shipping service, and upon successful shipment, we will send you a confirmation email containing a link to track the progress of your package. After 24 hours of placing your order, you will be able to track the shipping status by accessing the tracking page on the carrier’s website.
