Shipping

  • Products will be shipped in a complimentary Gift Box.
  • SEHOR offers free shipping on all orders.
  • The approximate delivery time is 3-5 working days from order submission.
  • Upon successful shipment, we will send you an email containing a link to track the progress of your shipment.

right of withdrawal

  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you received or if you have simply changed your mind, you can return any product you ordered free of charge within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be returned undamaged, in perfect condition, without ever having been worn (complete with boxes, accessories, protectors, labels, documentation, etc.) and in their original packaging. We recommend that you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any product that SEHOR deems damaged, used, incomplete, or dirty will not be refunded. If you wish to replace the products with others of a different size or color, you will still need to return the items and place a new order.
  • In case of return for right of withdrawal you will be fully refunded.
  • Refund of your return will be made approximately within 3 days from receipt of the product(s) at our warehouse. However, the refund may be deferred up to 14 days after receipt.
  • We will notify you by email to confirm your refund, which will be paid to you via the same payment method and in the same currency used when you paid for your order. For security reasons, we are not authorized to match the refund to another account or through a credit card other than the one used to pay for the order.
  • All returns are free of charge and shipping costs are the responsibility of SEHOR.
  • Please follow the return procedures below to return your products free of charge.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Access the RETURN PAGE.
  2. Enter NAME, SURNAME, EMAIL, ORDER NO., REASON FOR RETURN and submit your request.
  3. Once the return request has been processed, our CUSTOMER SERVICE will contact you VIA MAIL to arrange a day for the courier to pick up your home.
  4. You will receive via email the LABEL TO BE PRINTED AND ATTACHED ON THE ORIGINAL PACKING to be handed over to the courier.
Important notes:

  • Products must be stored in their original packaging.
  • Before attaching the new label make sure you remove the previous ones from the packaging.
  • In case of non-collection of the goods, please carry out the return procedure on our website again.
